We meticulously verify the authenticity of the dial, movement, and case. We guarantee that every watch we sell is 100% genuine and accurately described. Our artwork editions are exclusively hand-crafted and verified for their unique provenance. You can shop with absolute confidence knowing your investment is authentic.
14-Day Return Policy We want you to be entirely thrilled with your timepiece. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a full refund, the watch must be returned in exactly the same condition it was received:

Completely unworn and unaltered.

All protective stickers, tags, and seals must remain intact.

It must include all original packaging, presentation boxes, and any accompanying paperwork or authenticity cards.
Please note: Due to the rare and delicate nature of our timepieces, any watch that shows signs of wear, sizing, or modification will not be accepted for a return.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email our concierge team at jokercatwatch@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization.

Secure Packaging: Once approved, carefully package the watch with all original materials.

Insured Shipping: For your protection, the return shipment must be sent via a fully insured, trackable service with signature confirmation. The client is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds Once we receive and carefully inspect the returned timepiece, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 3–5 business days.
