I. Watch Care & Daily Wear

Water Resistance & Daily Wear Your Joker Cat Watch is designed to keep up with your modern lifestyle and is fully water-resistant. The casing is securely sealed to protect both the mechanical movement and the custom artwork dial. It is perfectly safe for everyday wear, including exposure to rain, handwashing, and accidental splashes.

Care Tip: To preserve the long-term integrity of the internal gaskets, we still recommend keeping your timepiece away from hot steam (like hot showers or saunas) and avoiding deep submersion.

Magnetism & Electronics Mechanical movements contain tiny metal components that are sensitive to strong magnetic fields. Try to keep your watch away from intense magnets, including large stereo equipment or heavy electronics, to ensure it keeps accurate time.

Shocks & Impacts While our watches are built to last, mechanical movements are intricate. Avoid wearing your timepiece during extreme high-impact activities to protect the internal balance staff from sudden, violent shocks.

Winding & Setting the Time

  • Manual Wind: Wind your watch gently at the same time each day until you feel a natural resistance. Never force it past this point.

  • Date Setting: If your watch has a date complication, avoid manually changing the date when the hands are between 9:00 PM and 3:00 AM, as the internal gears are actively engaged during this window.

Do you offer a warranty on your timepieces? Yes, we proudly stand behind the craftsmanship of every watch we curate. Every Joker Cat Watch comes with a comprehensive 2-Year Warranty. If you encounter any mechanical issues or manufacturing defects within this two-year period, we will replace your timepiece entirely free of charge. Your peace of mind and complete satisfaction are our highest priorities.

Is the custom artwork on the dial durable? Absolutely. Our artwork editions are meticulously crafted and securely sealed within our water-resistant casing, protected beneath the watch crystal. As long as the crystal remains unbroken, the artwork will remain pristine.

Do mechanical watches keep perfect time? Unlike modern battery-powered digital watches, mechanical watches are powered by traditional springs and gears. It is completely normal for a mechanical watch to gain or lose a few seconds per day. They are worn for their character, artistry, and mechanical soul, not atomic precision.
